Our boxing sessions are designed to cater to all levels, whether you’re a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills. Each session is tailored to your personal goals, focusing on technique, fitness, and strength. With one-on-one attention, you’ll receive expert guidance in a motivating environment.
Training terms & conditions
- Commitment to sessions: by booking boxing sessions, you agree to attend at the scheduled time each week for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks. Consistency is important to ensure progress and maintain the quality of the service provided.
- Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule any session, you must provide at least one month’s notice. This is crucial as cancellations impact the business and prevent other clients from booking during the allocated time.
- Cancellation Charges: Any session canceled without the required notice will incur a cancellation fee. This fee will be charged to cover the missed session.
- Weekly Attendance: You are required to attend your boxing sessions at the same time each week for the duration of the commitment (4 weeks). This ensures a structured approach to your training and helps you achieve optimal results.
- Non-Attendance: If you miss any session without prior notice, you will still be charged for the missed session.
